Since winning Young Cheesemonger of the Year 2018 I've been heavily involved in both food and cheese. Full time grading is my current occupation however I also do judging for the World and British Cheese Awards as well as judging for the Great taste awards.


I'm also an animal lover at heart, I adore my dog, horse and 4 chickens as well as long walks taking in the rural scenery.
